Christian joined our design team at Bosch Healthcare Solutions (where I acted as his mentor) as an Industrial Design intern, but left as a highly appreciated full team member. He was not only supporting us in a lot of projects that go far beyond the typical Industrial Design tasks (mostly Illustrations, Interface and Interaction Design), but was responsible for his own project where he developed a vital accessory for our molecular laboratory diagnostics system Vivalytic. From a brief research phase to concepts, design exploration, design strategy and even until design for manufacturing, he has proven his analytical skills for both user and business needs, developing technical feasible design concepts with members from all disciplines. Christian communicated very efficiently across all hierarchy levels, which is a skill in itself in bigger companies and on tight timelines, if you do not want to see your strong conceptual ideas being blurred and faded into insignificance...
